My barbeque sauce queue is longer than a line at the post office on April 14th. It is tough work, but someone has to eat all the BBQ sauce and blog about it. It might as well be me.
Mudbugs - Griff's Swamp Sauce has a great kick of heat but good flavor too
I love heat. I love to make my eyes water and smoke come out my ears when I eat spicy food. That’s one reason I like Mudbug’s Griff’s Swamp Sauce HOT. This BBQ sauce was killer on my pulled pork at dinner this evening. Loved the heat, but it wasn’t insanely hot, or so hot that the heat drowns out the flavor.
This one is a winner.
