Herdez Salsa says hot but its not
I’m a big salsa guy. Love the stuff. I like flavor and a lot of heat. It is irritating when a company puts the words “hot” on their sauce or salsa, and it isn’t. That is the case with Herdez Salsa Casera.
I bought two bottles of Herdez salsa. One is hot and one mild. I tried the hot one first. I like the flavor, texture and chunkiness of it.
All that said, don’t buy this if you want “hot” salsa, because it isn’t. It needs to be pumped up about 1500 Scoville units more for my taste.
