Big Daddy's Habanero Pepper Sauce
I’m a stickler for hot sauces. Usually I go for jalapeno pepper based sauces, and not habanero based. The hab sauces I’ve tried all seem to have the same dark taste with too much heat. Not that a lot of heat is a bad thing, but when it is only heat and no flavor then I have a problem.
Big Daddy’s Habanero
Big Daddy’s Habanero actually could be hotter, but the flavor is great. I use this sauce for any application I might use Tabasco, on chips, Mexican food, as a spice etc. This sauce is great. I just wish they made it a tad bit hotter.
